Once instructed we will arrange a follow up visit to prepare the property information, take photographs, draw up the floor plan and organise the Energy Performance Certificate and at the same time listen to your needs.
As soon as all the property information has been put together, we will ask you to approve it and begin the marketing process of uploading the information on to our website and direct marketing including emails and phone calls to prospective buyers or tenets matched on our extensive database. We also put up a professionally designed For Sale or To Let board.
We happily accompany any viewings if requested and where possible let you know their reaction within 24 hours. We will arrange your viewings, qualify your buyer or tenant and negotiate with them to get you the best possible price. We will keep in contact regularly.
